About

Chagall Global Fine Art was founded in 2002 with a commitment to:

  • find and promote distinctive international artists
  • offer a stunning selection of fine art to residential and commercial collectors
  • develop relationships with small private developments engaged in the interior artistic design process
  • work with organizations that foster social and cultural awareness and help them raise money in initiatives, which connects the Fine Art of Painting with the Fine Art of Performance in support of the initiative’s objectives.

Shirley Louie is the Founder and Director of the Interior Artistic Design & Fine Arts Division representing the finest artists in the world. Ms. Louie’s screening practice has put her in contact with over 300 emerging and professional artists from North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. She has scrutinized over 3500 pieces, guided by criteria, which includes a review of each artist’s educational background, their level of skill, and depth of experience, talent and originality.

It was this process that led to the discovery of Russian-Canadian artist, Anna Razumovskaya. Because of Anna’s international stature and accomplishments, as well as that of other artists, Chagall Global Fine Art was established to provide a ‘gallery’ with a window to the world in which collectors and organizations could not only immediately view the art that is available, but also interact with Chagall Global Fine Art. Through this online-interactive process, Chagall Global Fine Art is able to serve its clients internationally and advise them of the evolution of their current list of artists as well as the emergence of new talents.
